Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to its Acentria team in Florida. The role focuses on servicing and retaining a book of commercial insurance while delivering exceptional support to clients, producers, and carrier partners.

This position requires strong communication, solid insurance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with internal teams and timely responses to inquiries are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirement: 440 Customer Representative or 220 Property & Casualty General Lines Agent License.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy service needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Review coverage, identify gaps, and provide recommendations based on client exposures.
• Prepare and deliver renewal proposals and coordinate marketing efforts when applicable.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and carrier requests.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and claims follow-up as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency workflows, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
