Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and ensure staff are informed about promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory.
