Baseline Fitness in Minnesota seeks a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will assist in training staff, support front desk routines, greet potential members, and provide gym tours while backing up the Club Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Participate in front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls, assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Help manage member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team management and back-up when needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
