Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring staff provide great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, take inquiries, assist member check-ins and sign-ups, tours for potential members, resolve member issues.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym and assist in marketing promotions and inventory reporting.
