Paycom - ATS is looking for a front desk–oriented team member to assist in daily gym operations and member services. You will help with check-ins, tours, inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role involves supporting staff and contributing to marketing efforts.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed, ensuring a positive member experience across shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Support front desk tasks including answering calls and handling member inquiries.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Provide gym tours to potential members and promote services.
• Help manage marketing promotions and team member training.
• Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
