Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk and member services associate to oversee daily gym operations and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will assist in staff training, handle front desk tasks, and ensure smooth member sign-ups, cancellations, and information updates.

The role includes conducting gym tours and resolving member inquiries while supporting the Club Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, with basic computer

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Assist in training and developing staff and in front desk tasks.
• Handle member service duties at the front desk, including answering calls and assisting members.
• Facilitate member sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member information.
• Provide gym tours and meet potential members.
• Support Club Manager and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with cleanliness, appearance and marketing promotions.
• Order supplies, manage inventory and track reports.
