Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a proactive Gym Operations Assistant to help oversee day-to-day gym activities and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in staff training, front desk duties, member sign-ups and account updates, and provide tours to potential members.

The role also supports marketing efforts, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment, reporting to the Club Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gym operations oversight to ensure positive member experience.
• Assist in training staff and developing team.
• Handle front desk tasks: calls, info, sign-ups, cancellations, account updates.
• Provide gym tours and meet potential members.
• Support club manager and marketing efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist with inventory and supplies, and reports.
