Paycom - ATS is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist in overseeing gym operations and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will support front desk tasks, member check-ins, and tours for potential members, while helping train staff and maintain a welcoming gym environment.

Role involves assisting with marketing promotions, inventory, and smooth coordination with the Club Manager, ensuring adherence to policies and a positive club image.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Front desk duties: answer calls and assist questions.
• Handle member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Conduct tours for potential members and welcome guests.
• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a positive image.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and train staff on promotions.
• Assist with ordering supplies, inventory, and reports.
