Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a proactive front desk/operations assistant for our Minnesota gym. You will help supervise staff, welcome members, and support day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, as well as supporting marketing efforts and maintaining gym cleanliness and inventory.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Standing and walking for 75% of the shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee front desk and member services to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle member sign-ups, cancellations and account updates.
• Give gym tours and greet potential members.
• Support Club Manager with operations and marketing efforts.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the gym and maintain inventory.
