Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an engaged Front Desk / Member Services Assistant to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, handle front desk communications, and support member check-ins, tours, and account updates.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the Club Manager to maintain a welcoming environment and clean, well-presented facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answering phone calls politely and assisting with questions.
• Take information calls and assist with member inquiries.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist team member management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
