Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist in overseeing gym operations and enhancing member experience. You will perform front desk tasks, help with member check-ins, tours, and sign-ups, and support marketing and cleanliness efforts.

The role involves assisting in staff development, member service resolution, and backup support to the Club Manager, with a focus on maintaining a positive club image and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of gym operations and member experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: greet, answer phone, take info calls, assist with check-ins and sign-ups.
• Support member service issues, maintain club image and cleanliness, assist marketing efforts.
• Back up Club Manager and manage inventory, supplies, and reports.
