24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a premier guest experience, drive member acquisition, and hit sales targets. This role focuses on onboarding, promotions, and cross-selling fitness, retail, and services within the club environment.

The SSE will handle prospecting, appointments, and lead follow-up while promoting local and global campaigns and ensuring high member satisfaction in a busy club setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model to meet fitness needs.
• Tour and onboard potential members and enroll them.
• Communicate offers clearly and enroll guests using sales techniques.
• On-board new members and support retention.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Generate leads through community outreach and on-sites.
• Set appointments and manage leads.
• Engage members with fitness offerings and digital content.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
