Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Gym Operations Supervisor to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, provide excellent customer service, and manage front desk tasks.

You will also handle payroll processing, marketing coordination, expenditures, deposits, and backup support as needed to maintain smooth operations and a welcoming club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Front desk duties and member tours.
• Open/close gym operations promptly.
• Oversee cleanliness and gym appearance.
• Process weekly employee payroll.
• Manage marketing efforts and staff awareness of campaigns.
• Authorize expenditures and perform daily bank deposits.
• Prepare new hire forms and coordinate with regional manager.
• Provide backup support when staff are out due to illness.
