Paycom - ATS operates a gym focused on delivering a superior member experience. You will oversee daily operations, greet members, conduct tours, resolve service issues, manage front desk tasks, and handle member inquiries to ensure smooth, friendly service.

In this role you will hire and train staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, enforce company policies, support marketing promotions, and complete onboarding in Paycom. A high-energy leader with strong communication excels here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure front desk delivers excellent service and handle member inquiries.
• Open/close the gym and ensure appropriate staffing.
