Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and enhance member experience at the Hammond, LA location. You will train staff, supervise member services, and support front desk duties including calls, sign-ups, cancellations, and accounts updates.

You will also assist with member tours, issue resolution, cleanliness, marketing promotions, and inventory tracking, while upholding company policies and maintaining a positive brand image.
