This full-time supervisor role requires strong customer service, leadership, and reliable communication. Responsibilities include guiding team, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting memberships while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a great member experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with staff and members.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to train and supervise a team.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Execute front desk duties: answer calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Give gym tours to potential members and address member questions or issues.
• Support Club Manager with team management and back-up as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym and support marketing promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, inventory, and reporting as needed.
