Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency required (software such as Paycom).

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure front desk delivers outstanding customer service and member tours.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club and enforce company policies.
• Handle onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure open/close of gym and proper staffing during all hours.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
