Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a positive member experience while driving a financially successful club.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; manage front desk operations, member relations, and promotional campaigns; ensure open/close, inventory, and policy compliance, with advancement opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience minimum 1 year.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead front desk tasks: greet members, tours, issues, etc.
• Provide support for staff and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and staffing.
