Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success. You will recruit and supervise staff, manage front desk responsibilities, and support both team members and members to uphold the facility’s standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Standing/walking for 75% of shift and occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Front desk duties: greet members, give gym tours, handle service questions.
• Support team and club members; maintain a positive club image.
• Open/close gym promptly and ensure staffing during all hours.
• Adhere to company policies; manage supplies and inventory.
• Complete onboarding tasks for new hires in Paycom.
