Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while supporting financial success of the club.

You will lead front desk activities, greet new members with tours, assist in service issues, back up the Club Manager, and help maintain cleanliness, marketing efforts, inventory, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member service oversight and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Involved in front desk tasks and operations.
• Greet and tour potential members to showcase the gym.
• Assist with member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist marketing efforts and staff training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and reports.
