Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience and financial success. The role reports to the District Manager and requires supervising staff, training, scheduling, and maintaining club standards.

You will lead member services, ensure open/close procedures, implement promotions, manage onboarding, and drive a welcoming atmosphere while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service at all times.
• Front desk responsibilities including greeting members, tours, and addressing service issues.
