Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily gym operations and deliver a superior member experience. You will recruit and supervise staff, coordinate front desk activities, and ensure open/close readiness while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, coaching performance, inventory control, and maintaining a welcoming, well-run club environment for members and staff.

Qualifications

• Honesty and strong work ethic required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with common software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure outstanding experiences.
• Manage front desk tasks: greet members, tours, inquiries.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive club image and brand.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet company standards.
• Ensure gym opens/closes promptly.
• Communicate promotions to staff.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
