Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while supporting a financially successful club.

The role involves front desk duties, member tours, issue resolution, and coordinating cleanliness, inventory, and marketing efforts. This development position leads toward Club Manager in Training with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member service oversight ensuring staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Greet/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and staff training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
