Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Louisiana is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, manage front desk tasks, and support a smooth daily operation.

The role emphasizes customer service, staff leadership, adherence to company policies, and participation in marketing and inventory tasks to keep the club well-organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering phones, taking info calls, assisting member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, updating accounts, giving gym tours.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
