Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in LaPlace, LA is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist in managing gym operations and delivering excellent member experiences. You will help train staff, oversee member services, and support the Club Manager in daily tasks, from front desk duties to tours for potential members.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and leadership, with responsibilities spanning check-ins, updates to member accounts, inventory, and marketing

Responsabilités

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk tasks: answering phone calls politely, taking information, assisting with questions.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Great to meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures and help create a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are trained on current promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
