Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls and assist customers.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating info.
• Provide gym tours to potential members and answer questions.
• Support Club Manager with team oversight and backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Help manage cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in communicating and implementing current marketing promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
