The role involves assisting with marketing, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff training and development.
• Oversee member services to ensure positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, greet members, assist with questions.
• Assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Support Club Manager and maintain cleanliness/appearance of the gym.
• Assist with marketing efforts and promotion training.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
