Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a motivated team member to assist in gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, oversee member service at the front desk, answer inquiries, and support sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.

You will participate in member tours, engage potential members, and assist in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the gym, with involvement in marketing efforts and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Train and develop staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure great customer experience at front desk.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours and engage potential members.
• Support club manager and help with marketing and promotions.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
