This role emphasizes strong customer service, leadership, and effective communication to support daily operations, member engagement, and adherence to company policies. Does involve front desk responsibilities and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure a great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls politely, take information calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update accounts.
• Provide gym tours and welcome potential members.
• Support team management and back up the Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and training on current promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, managing inventory, and generating reports.
