Job summary

Fit Fusion is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment and work directly with the General Manager to oversee facility operations in Reno. You will help train, develop and supervise the MSR team, ensuring an excellent member experience aligned with Crunch brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, KPI monitoring, coaching, scheduling, member services, outreach for new member sales, onboarding, and maintaining a clean, compliant facility with

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
• Experience achieving KPI targets.
• Experience leading and supervising employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of staff to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Assist the General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy; escalate as needed.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales.
• Oversee member onboarding and integration into services and programs offered.
• Supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities; ensure facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance work orders; ensure policy compliance.
