Crunch, LLC's Fit Fusion gym in Hampden Township, PA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance environment and work with the general manager to oversee daily operations.

You will supervise the MSR team, focus on delivering an excellent member experience, and help lead recruiting, training, and development while maintaining Crunch brand standards. This role emphasizes KPI tracking, scheduling, staff coaching, and ensuring a clean, safe facility with equipment upkeep.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Understanding of labor control, staffing levels, and overtime controls.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Aufgaben

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Support the General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Improve member service resolution with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to grow new member sales.
• Oversee new member acquisition and integration into services and programs.
• Supervise club asset management, including inventory reconciliation, supply ordering, and equipment expenditures.
• Maintain a clean facility and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Oversee Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/work order oversight.
• Utilize Crunch tools to document and support club operations.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
