Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and operational budgets.
• Proficiency with scheduling, POS, CRM, and membership management systems.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Lead front desk staff, trainers, and support personnel.
• Monitor KPIs such as membership growth, retention, revenue, and labor costs.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and incident reporting.
