Crunch Fitness is seeking an organized Operations Manager to oversee daily gym operations, drive member satisfaction, and meet financial goals. This role combines leadership with a passion for health and customer service.

You will lead front desk staff, trainers, and support personnel, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and operational budgets.
• Proficiency with scheduling, POS, CRM, and membership management systems.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff, trainers, and support personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
