You will use proven sales techniques, guide tours of the club, and register guests through the digital kiosk while meeting membership goals.

You will prospect locally, manage leads, and contribute to member retention through friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service roles in a fitness, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with membership systems and POS devices.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframe is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming, service-oriented experience.
• Explain membership options and fitness services using approved tools.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Generate leads through community outreach and referrals; schedule appointments.
• Maintain clean, friendly club environment and promote available fitness offerings.
