Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Torrance is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to provide a compelling mix of membership, fitness and retail guidance. You’ll build relationships, showcase benefits, and drive enrollment while supporting ongoing member engagement and revenue goals.

The role emphasizes CARE selling, onboarding, and proactive lead management, with eligibility for Fitness and Membership Sales Commission Plans. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Builds relationships to drive member acquisition and retention.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Works to consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
