Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with professional experience; college degree preferred.
• Promotional mindset with ability to drive sales through outreach programs.

• Solid understanding of performance metrics including revenue, budgeting, payroll, and facilities maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with participative leadership and drive for excellence.
