Gold’s Gym - East Tennessee LLC in Chattanooga is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive membership sales and oversee front desk, sales, and kids club operations. You will mentor the sales team, manage daily gym operations, and help keep budgets on track.

This role offers earning potential with commissions on memberships, plus benefits such as paid time off, health plans, and discounts. A high school diploma is required; college degree and fitness-industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in fitness industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and leadership skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics including revenue and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead sales team to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and develop sales, kids club, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain personal sales production and drive member retention.
• Oversee gym operations, inventory, and assets.
• Support payroll processing and cash management procedures.
• Address member feedback promptly and engage with members and guests.
