Gold’s Gym in East Tennessee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive membership sales, oversee front desk and operations, and lead a team to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to meet budgets, manage daily payroll, and ensure a clean, friendly, and safe gym environment that motivates both members and staff.

• High School diploma with 3 years of professional experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Promotional orientation to direct sales via outreach programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and lead sales team members to meet goals.
