Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls politely and professionally.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
