Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, and help prospective members choose memberships. This part-time, hourly role supports club operations and delivers top-notch guest service.

The CSR will update member accounts, manage POS transactions, keep retail stocked, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment while contributing to a positive, energetic gym community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• CPR/AED certified is required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
