Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Dupont Station club in the United States. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role focuses on delivering top-tier service to members, guests, and prospective members.

You will greet and check in members, respond to calls, explain membership options, update accounts, stock retail, operate the POS, and help keep the club clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service — 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
