Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests and ensure top-notch service in a fast-paced club. You will greet and check in members, answer calls, explain membership options, update accounts, stock retail items, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

CPR/AED certification is required; a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service - 1 year (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professional attitude
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Efficient and effective communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
