Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist guests, and handle membership inquiries.

You will operate the POS, update accounts, keep the club tidy, and support promotions while delivering friendly, professional service. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service preferred, CPR/AED cert, and basic computer skills.

• Customer service - 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
