Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, handle inquiries, and assist with account updates in a fast-paced gym environment.

This hourly non-exempt role requires CPR/AED certification, strong communication, and a positive, energetic demeanor to help members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service - 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
