Crunch Fitness in Greenville, SC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a part-time, hourly position. You will greet members, answer calls, explain membership options, and process updates to member accounts. The role emphasizes friendly communication, basic computer use, and a professional attitude in a fast-paced club environment.

You’ll help keep the facility neat, assist with retail items, and operate the POS system to handle payments. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service - 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
