You will assist with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and day-to-day front desk supervision, especially when the Club Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.

• Assist with scheduling and coverage of shifts and inventory tracking.
• Ensure staff are trained on marketing promotions and club policies.
