Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will manage front desk activity, tours, and member inquiries while maintaining a positive club image.

The role requires 1+ year of managerial experience and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. This on-site position includes opportunities for growth and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Provide customer service oversight to ensure a great member experience.
• Manage front desk tasks: greeting members, gym tours, answer questions.
• Ensure opening and closing of gym and staffing during all hours.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies.
