Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking an assistant to help oversee gym operations and enhance member experience. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff, while ensuring excellent member service and front-desk duties such as greetings, gym tours, and issue resolution.

You will support the Club Manager, help create schedules, supervise during absences, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Greet and welcome members, give gym tours, address questions/issues.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage of shifts; back up Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain positive club image and ensure timely opening/closing.
