You will respond to inquiries, process retail sales, coordinate with trainers, and help maintain a neat reception area in a fast-paced gym environment. Reliability, professionalism, and strong people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a positive entrance and exit experience.
• Provide security and control at the front door and retail area.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor for delinquent accounts.
• Register guests and direct them to personal trainers or staff as needed.
• Answer calls professionally, take messages, and follow up with management.
• Maintain a neat front desk, wear uniform with nametag, and log maintenance concerns.
• Process retail and concession sales and assist with class registrations via app.
• Assist with membership changes, orders receipt, and new member barcode setup.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as directed by management.
