Job summary

Pro-fit Management Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate (Front Desk) to serve as the welcoming face of the club. You will greet members, check them in, and help them start their fitness journey with a positive, high-energy attitude.

You will support membership sales and retention, upsell in-store merchandise, and assist with opening/closing, cleanliness, and following company policies. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is helpful, and you must wear the standard staff uniform.

• Ensuring a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.
• Opening and closing the facility if scheduled.
